Notably, the analysis identified several states with frequent locality issues, including North Carolina and Missouri (each with 4 reported cases), as well as Utah and Indiana (3 cases each), alongside a general category with 7 instances. These findings underscore the growing complexity of navigating regulatory and community landscapes in data center development across multiple regions.
